Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:
– 1 (8-ounce) package spaghetti
– 1 pound lean ground beef
– 1 (16-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
– ½ cup butter, sliced (divided)
– 1 (8-ounce) container cottage cheese
– 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
– ¼ cup sour cream
– 1 (8-ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the grease and transfer the beef to a bowl. Mix in the spaghetti sauce.

4. Place half of the butter slices in the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Spread half of the cooked spaghetti over the butter.

5. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the spaghetti layer in the dish.

6. Add the remaining spaghetti on top and place the remaining butter slices over it.

7. Pour the ground beef and sauce mixture over the spaghetti, spreading it evenly.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top, and continue baking until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 15 minutes more.

9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole!
