Cabbage and Egg Skillet Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil (I prefer a mix)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage (lightly packed)
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter or oil, spreading it around.
  2. Sauté the garlic for about 20 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the cabbage and cook, stirring often, for 3-5 minutes until softened (longer for caramelization).
  4. Spread the cabbage in a thin layer, then pour in the eggs, tilting the pan to distribute them.
  5. Let the eggs cook for 15-20 seconds, then gently fold until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
