Roasted Potato Slices

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds, ensuring uniform thickness for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the edges.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
