Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna Recipe

Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna: A Simple and Delicious Dish

Ingredients:
– 25 oz. frozen ravioli (do not thaw; I use 5 cheese)
– 1 lb. ground beef (or mild sausage)
– 1 cup diced white onion
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp dried leaf oregano (not ground)
– 24 oz. marinara sauce (I use Rao’s)
– 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)

Instructions:

1. In a medium-sized non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Cook until the meat is browned, leaving a few tablespoons of liquid in the pan to keep the meat moist.

2. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray.

3. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.

4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.

5. Spread the entire ground beef mixture over the ravioli.

6. Add the remaining ravioli on top of the meat mixture.

7. Pour the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the ravioli.

8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

9. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 4 hours.

10. Serve and enjoy your easy, comforting slow cooker ravioli lasagna!
